Queswachaka Inca Bridge was built entirely from Q'oya or chirua (straw) which are used to make the q'eswas (ropes) that are attached to logs, wood and a stone structure. They were built exclusively to support the Inca bridge.

CUSCO - INCA BRIDGE OF Q'ESWACHAKA - THE CIRCUIT OF THE 4 LAGOONS - CUSCO

We will pick you up from your respective hotels around 4:30 am. at 5:00 am and we will head to the South Valley of Cusco and we will pass through some small traditional villages of the region, our first stop will be in the city of Cusipata where we will have a delicious breakfast. Then we will start our journey to the Mirador de Combapata, then we will continue with a stop at the Mini Volcán de los Pabellones and we will pass through Yanaoca which is one of the eight districts of the province of Canas. Then we will continue our journey for another hour and we will reach the district of Q'ewe where the famous Inca bridge of "Q'eswachaka" is located, which is built with vegetable fiber and has a length of 28.67 meters and has the an altitude of 3,600 meters, we will descend a series of switchbacks that will take us to the Apurimac River valley with the ancestral bridge slowly emerging.
We will have plenty of time to get to know this attraction and the part of the Apurimac canyon; After visiting the bridge, we will go to Mosoc Llaqta, where the house of Tupa Amaru II is located and after a guided tour we will be taken to the circuit of the four lakes Pampamarca, Asnacqocha, Acopia and Pomacanchi. Then we will continue driving for 15 minutes until we reach Cusipata, where we will have our buffet lunch.
Our sightseeing day ends with a panoramic trip by private transport to the city of Cusco, where we will arrive at around 4:00 pm.
