Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa - Humantay

In this program, we will visit one of the new attractions in Cusco, the Humantay Lagoon. Our experience starts in Cusco, 4:00-4:30 am we pick you up from your accommodation, we will travel about 2 hours to the town of Mollepata, located in the fertile valley of the Apurimac River in this place we will enjoy breakfast and we can buy some snacks to the road. After lunch, we will continue the trip to Soraypampa, where we will have a break, to recharge our batteries and start the hike to the Humantay lagoon, located at 4200 meters above sea level. During the tour, you will observe the incredible landscapes such as the flora and fauna, but above all, the incredible snow-capped peaks along the route.
From Soraypampa the walk takes about 2 hours to reach the Humantay lagoon, upon arrival we will see on one side the imposing Nevado de Salkantay and on the other side Humantay turquoise lagoon after the visit, return to Soraypampa where our transport will be waiting to take us to Mollepata, where we will have lunch. So, let's go back to Cusco, our last stop will be near the main square
